A weed-filled quarter acre front yard was modernized into a sophisticated park-like setting with a modern fountain and three, 80’ x 13’ planter beds using Australian native plants, drought tolerant trees, shrubs and grasses. A turf-grass play area was created with Aloha Seashore Paspalum which uses 50% less water than other turf-grass.
