Consultations
Consultations are done on site and are an efficient, cost-effective way of trouble-shooting, developing specific design needs and ideas, with recommendations for plants and hardscape materials. Consultations are a perfect avenue for small projects and for eager do-it-yourselfers. There is a 2 hour minimum which is jam-packed with information, ideas and even sketches. Should you decide to go forward with a full landscape plan, the cost of the consultation will be rebated upon completion of the project.
Landscape Plans
Turn ideas into reality through this collaborative process between you, the homeowner, and Kimberly. Creating a fully-realized landscape design includes: site analysis and measurement of the property, presentation of a concept plan and a final, color-rendered plan. Also contained in the final plan is all the information needed to implement the design: plant and hardscape materials (size and quantity), irrigation and low-voltage outdoor lighting. Should they be required in your project, other elements such as water features, barbecues, fire, pits, patio covers will be detailed.
Project Management
Upon completion of your approved Landscape Plan, professional project management services are offered at an hourly rate based on the scope of work and as required by the homeowner. These services include coordination of subcontractors and vendors, and coordination of deliveries and site visits, all held to the highest standards of excellence on which Allee Landscape Design’s reputation has been built.
